You’ll have access to the tools and support you need to practice top-tier emergency medicine:

·         Fully equipped ICU- dedicated Feline ICU, and Isolation Wards.

·         1.5 Tesla MRI (GE Signa).

·         64-slice CT (Canon Aquilion).

·         Sechrist Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber.

·         Olympus Endoscopy & Digital Radiology Suites.

·         In-house laboratory, advanced monitoring, and 24/7 support from experienced nursing and client care teams.

Your Role in Our Vision

As an ER veterinarian at VHA, you’ll play a key role in delivering life-saving care while collaborating across disciplines to support whole-health healing.

·         Work side-by-side with a team of board-certified specialists (surgery, neurology, cardiology, and more).

·         Lead and manage emergency cases across a diverse caseload—trauma, toxicology, respiratory, metabolic, and complex multisystem presentations.

·         Utilize advanced imaging and therapies to deliver world-class care.

·         Collaborate with the VHA Research Center to explore emerging treatments and contribute to clinical studies.

·         Have the autonomy to shape and grow our ER service; your voice matters here.
